Do you remember all the love and attention showered on the famous Friends apartment in the 90s? Well we've found the new IT apartment on TV, courtesy of New Girl. If you haven't been tuning into this show you are missing out for a multitude of reasons. Not only is it smart and funny but Zooey Deschanel's hair totally rivals Jen Aniston's famous Rachel do any day. But what we're obsessing over the most is the awesome apartment the core four resides in. Never has apartment sharing with three guys been so stylish.
What we love about the apartment is the fact that it actually looks like its lived in and enjoyed, unlike some other TV abodes that look like TV sets rather than homes. The look is all about a modern industrial feel but with a warm and homely vibe. The key to this look is mixing and matching styles and materials and adding your own personal touches. Note the mismatched stools around the industrial style island.
When it comes to main character Jess' bedroom its all about the girliness. We love the mixing of different patterns and fabrics as well as the exposed brick wall contrasted with the striking turquoise paint. The great thing about this apartment is that its so easy to achieve because it's so relaxed and it's all about personality.
