What is it?

What’s so special?
Each caravan has been lovingly restored and they are all set in a horseshoe facing down towards a big open fire pit that comes to life after dark. There is a barbecue, toilets and a shower cubicle for hot showers, so there’s no need to give up all your creature comforts. For lazy, sunny days you can hang out in the cotton hammocks and leave the little ones to play in the numerous dens.

The details:
An old English two berth costs €327 in low season and over €400 in high season for a seven night stay, while a family four berth caravan costs €350 in low season and €428 in high season. All caravans are equipped with freshly pressed linen, paraffin lamps, torches, tea sets, games, and fully equipped kitchens with gas fridge and cooker, to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

Getting there:
You can fly from Dublin to Newquay for approximately €151 and rent a car from there, or opt for the more scenic approach by bringing your own car and getting a ferry from Rosslare Harbour to Pembroke Harbour with Irish Ferries for approximately €234.
