You're not going to want to miss Ireland's Japanese Cuisine Queen in action on June 23rd, when Fiona Uyema will be doing a cooking demo with award winning kitchen appliance brand, De Dietrich.
The TV cook and author will be showing you how to create delicious summer salads so you can impress at your next BBQ, as well as bake homemade breads from scratch the simple way, at the KAL showroom in Citywest from 12-2pm. The event is free to attend by registering online.
Fiona Uyema knows a thing or two about tasty salads. She lived in Japan for three years, immersing herself in Japanese culture and their way of cooking, and then went on to write her cookbook Japanese Food Made Easy.
“The De Dietrich ovens are a pleasure to use and my demo will showcase some simple cooking methods that will create really great food, including bread!” says Fiona about the upcoming cooking demo.

Each guest at the demo will receive:

- 1 hour demo with Fiona featuring summer salads and homemade bread
