Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's Beverley Hills mansion is up for sale for a cool $35 million. It previously belonged to Jennifer Lopez, according to Variety, and Gwen moved in in 2006, having bought it for $13.3 million.
The 7-bedroom, 11,845-square-foot home features interiors designed by Kelly Wearstler have all the personality you'd expect in a home owned by Gwen Stefani.
Every surface is covered with bold, geometric patterns, and there's statement furniture, marble and bright colours galore across the estate. It appears there's little too big and bold for Gwen's taste!
As well as seven bedrooms, the estate has a total of nine bathrooms, a gym with wall-to-ceiling windows, a home cinema, and what seems like a guest house. The garden is less a garden and more a resort, with a swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, a chicken coop, a children's playground and plenty of lawn space. There are several massive outdoor entertaining spaces, including an exterior kitchen complete with a wood-burning oven, and an open-air living room - they obviously took advantage of living that California life!
The parents of three didn't sign a pre-nup so they will split the money from the sale. Gwen is keeping their other LA properties, while Gavin has gotten sole ownership of their four European homes. We wonder if they all look like they could be the backdrop to one of Gwen's poppy music videos?
